Meet the Founder

The founder of Fifty-Four Eighty, Josh Padilla, has extensive experience in dedication, leadership, and resilience. He currently serves as an Officer in the United States Navy and has completed 16 years of active-duty service. His military career began as an Enlisted Navy SWCC with three tours throughout the Middle East. Alongside him is his wife and co-founder, Theresa Padilla, with whom he has shared five years of marriage. They are raising two children with hopes of growing their family further. Driven by a steadfast belief in always striving to be better and improving oneself, Josh’s values shape both his personal life and the mission of Fifty-Four Eighty.
